Beautiful room. Breakfast right outside main doors at a cafe. Roberta the host was friendly, caring and wonderful. Very clean and modern. Great shower and air conditioning Train station 10 minute walk

Roberta was charming and wonderful. She is truly hospitable.

The location was really good! Also the small room and bathroom were spic and span and the bed and pillows of high quality. Roberta was also an excellent host, giving us tips and tricks. She convinced us to go to Portovenere and I am very happy she did so!

Everything is new and the room is big, great shower and a wide bathroom. Roberta is simply amazing and sweet. Great talking to her. It is very kind of her to pick us up at the station.

Great location right in the center, 10 minutes from train station and 5 minutes from ferry, The owner is great and helpful even sharing some facts about the city and some restaurants suggestions.

Lovely accomodation with the kindest and most helpful host we've ever had! Roberta met us close to the train station and walked with us to the apartment, giving us many suggestions of places to visit, eat, have coffee, aperitivo and other information. She even suggested how to optimize our schedule, so that we can visit more places. The rooms are meticulously clean, the apartment is on the first floor of an old beautiful building, situated at a very charming little square in the center of La Spezia. Thank you, Roberta for making us feel welcome!
