Great central location. There is a grocery and a laundry just next door. Roberta was most helpful and even got reservations for us at a very nice local restaurant. The room warm and inviting and daily cleaning was much appreciated. The balcony overlooking the main pedestrian street was enjoyable. This part of LaSpezia was clean and safe. The Orange bar outside the door to the property had excellent coffee and pastries as well as drinks at night. We will definitely return. Roberta is the best host.

Our host Roberta was excellent, and could not have been more helpful in providing recommendations of things to do and places to eat - she was fantastic! The apartment is perfectly located and had everything we needed for a short stay to visit the Cinque Terre from La Spezia.

Everything was perfect: the room was confortable and clean, the location was perfect and Roberta, the owner, was the best: always helpful and kind! Highly recommend!

Great location in the old city center, close to the promenade and restaurants. Super host, waited for us at the train station and provided all the details for the stay. Apartment nice and clean.

Just amazing. Roberta was extremely helpful both with local tips and any questions we had. The room was clean and was being cleaned every day. The location was perfect, in the center and near to everything you'd need in La Spezia.

Nothing, everything was beyond perfect.

We loved our 3 nights in Roberta's place. A great location for food, drinks, shopping and walking. The room was modern and spotless with ample toiletries and towels, the room was freshened daily. Roberta couldn't have been more helpful, she treated us like old family friends. Great sleep and rest after hiking in Cinque Terra..ohh and La Spezia is a great city to stay in.

Roberta was amazing, she was very helpful and caring. She waited for us near the train station and she gave us recommendations how to spend our days and tips on some trips. Room was clean and well equiped. Location was perfect, train station about 10minutes by walk from the accomodacion. Right under the apartment complex is caffeteria where you can also have breakfast. Supermarket is just a few meters from the apartment.

We had a lovely time. No complaints at all! Roberta was so lovely - she met us close to the station and walked with us to the apartment, and made sure we were comfortable after check in. She gave us so many valuable and customised tips on the pass to Cinque Terre, the shops, and the restaurants we could go to. She would check on us via WhatsApp during our stay to see if we were doing okay. She really went above and beyond. We felt like house guests - Roberta, you are awesome! Thank you for being such a kind and welcoming soul!

Nothing really. I just want to indicate that you can hear some sounds from the street and some movements in the next rooms. It's really not bad, just a note. Otherwise, really no negatives.
