Great breakfast, owner helped organise tours and had motorbikes and bikes for rent. Lovely location, near town and nearby sites without being loud.

The host was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming from the first moment. The place itself is truly special, peaceful, and beautifully designed. The view over the rice fields is amazing and makes the whole stay feel unique. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

great experience here - the host picked us up from the bus for free as the bungalows are a bit out of the way, but the location was perfect for us, down a quiet bit of road and easy to get to all the main attractions. he is very attentive, offering advice where to go and what to do (he has great restaurant reccomendations) there’s bikes for free or motorbike rental too and a nice breakfast. the bungalows are cleaned every day, and he booked our bus to ninh binh even giving us a lift back

Geweldige gastheer die ons midden in de nacht ophaalde van het busstation en ons daar ook aan het einde van het verblijf weer afzette. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Lovely bungalow close enough to Phong Nha town to be convenient but far enough away to avoid the busier elements. Son the owner is wonderfully helpful and kind. The room is comfortable and clean with great views out across the fields. The breakfast was also very tasty. We rented scooters though Son can also arrange a multiple of tours in the area if you wish. He will also collect and drop you off from the bus stop. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very inviting!
