"Weekend trip"

We had an issue with our mini fridge and it took more than one request to get it resolved. The shuttle service was great and there were a few drivers who went above and beyond to provide us with great service! Thank you Robert, Allen, and Roderick for your professionalism and hospitality. These three gentlemen are wonderful assets to the Hilton brand.

Had an incredible experience at the Hotel. Although I was charged for early check in at 2PM and no room service when I checked in, Kenndy the front desk associate made my stay pleasant and she provided me with an umbrella so I can walk down the street and grab some food. Also Bryant, Ellis and Tigani, who managed the courtesy car and front door, were very helpful, professional and accommodating. They were very helpful getting me around town.

My friend and I went to the bar at the Hilton and it was genuinely such a top-tier experience. Lu was open, friendly and genuine. she had real conversations with all of us in the bar and made everyone feel welcome! she is a great asset

Truly one of the better Hiltons I’ve stayed at. The staff was masterful at customer service. Special shout out to Edison, the server in the restaurant. So charming and personable….and remembers your name and your particulars after the first meeting. He made this trip particularly enjoyable.
