SCHWIMMBAD NUTZUNG

The room was generally comfortable, clean and the sheets were impeccable. The next day at checkout, I ran into another staff member who asked me how my stay was and whether I experienced any inconvenience. I explained the remote issue, and he apologized and offered a discount. His warm and helpful approach improved my impression of the hotel, and I even decided to stay one more night.

The remote control was missing at first. When I called the reception, one staff member said they didn't have another remote, I asked for a solution, and he said he would call me back but didn't, so I had to go down to the desk. When I went to the desk, the receptionist asked me for the TV brand, which I didn't know. I went back to the room to check the TV brand, then returned to the desk to inform her. She finally gave me a remote. Her demeanor and approach were not very accommodating. She did asked me to call her from the room to confirm the TV brand, but since it was late and I was tired, I didn't want to wait for someone to come up. I decided to go back to the front desk and get it myself. I wish the TV could connect to a phone for streaming. Breakfast was good, though there were flies around the cheese and yogurt, which affected my appetite.

De kamer

We kwamen daar speciaal voor t zwembad omdat het erg warm was die dag. Maar helaas niet kunnen zwemmen omdat de openingstijden niet klopte met wat wij online en bij het zwembad zelf hadden gezien.

L'accueil, le petit déjeuner riche et varié, la piscine

Malheureusement problème de climatisation dans notre chambre, mais la personne de l'accueil a essayé de faire son possible pour nous trouver une solution avec cette chaleur.

Heerlijk ontbijt, veel keuze. Ideaal dat openbaar vervoer op een paar meter lopen van het hotel is. Aardig personeel. Schone kamer Prachtige omgeving!
