Saturday and Sunday woke up very early due to hammering sound of maintenance.... Never got any warning nor compensation.

The warm cookies on arrival were a very nice touch. Two types of bottled water in the room. Free parking.

Location is a 15 minute bus ride into the city , which is free.

Upon arrival at the property there were multiple cars parked on the entry road, it becomes clear why as there is a sign on the closest car park to the hotel is reserved for staff only, this was a very clear indicator of how this hotel treats guests. I was not asked for my Hilton number at check in and the lady doing the check in was very clearly unhappy with something but hey we all have a bad day right?. Room was clean and reasonable facilities and no issues there. We then headed down to the bar/restaurant where I went to the bar and requested drinks, I was treated as if I had assaulted the staff and advised I needed to get sit at some(very) specific seats if I just wanted a drink and someone would come to the table. I explained I wanted 2 beers and went to sit, 5 minutes later the same staff member I had advised I was after a beer then turned up and asked what I wanted. At this point I decided to not eat at the restaurant requested my beer again and started looking for a local restaurant. By far the worst was to come at breakfast where both of us were treated obnoxiously by the staff to the point I challenged them to their face to either be polite or fetch the manager. I ate my breakfast and rushed to check out where I was advised there was no manager available to discuss my concerns.
