Hotel jak głosi nazwa jest Grand! Duży pokój, duże wręcz olbrzymie dwa mega wygodne łóżka! Duża łazienka z dużą wanną! Hotel leży w fajnej spokojnej okolicy z widokiem na góry! Przy hotelu jest sporych rozmiarów parking dla aut osobowych jak i autokarów! W pobliżu supermarket i około 20 minut spacerkiem do centrum handlowego! Śniadanie w formie bufetu, każdy tu znajdzie coś dla siebie, ja głodny nie chodziłem! Personel pomocny i miły! Jeśli jeszcze kiedyś zawitam do Sarajewa, napewno skorzystam z usług tego hotelu!

Brak czajnika bezprzewodowego, szkoda bo lubię wieczorem napić się herbaty, kiepskiej jakości kanały telewizyjne!
