The breakfast spread was very good. Staff were polite and the hotel was clean

No food available when I arrived at 9.50pm. Nothing in the room, not even water. No kettle or drink making facilities. No room service

Ping pong tables at the lobby was a nice feature and our family used it every time before we went out of the hotel. Staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful.

There was an indoor pool but you have to catch it at the right hours and it’s pretty small and you can’t really swim laps properly, nor is it designed to be a play pool for kids

The location of the hotel is great, by a lake and beautiful park, walking distance to the centre/station, and bus/tram stops nearby. Staff was professional and friendly, easy and fast check in/ check out

The children beds (we had a family room for 4) were not that comfortable but ok for a night

Location,staff friendliness!

We had asked for an earlier than 16:00 check in(at about 14:00)and although the reply was upon availability,at the hotel we were told that we had to pay 20euros if we wanted the room earlier.It was our choice sure but as a regular traveller it was the first time I was asked to do so .Other than that ,the hotel is a good choice.
