La déco, les petits déjeuners et l’hamburger etait délicieux. Le serveur a été très sympa .mon amie avait un peu froid et il a été cherché une couverture .

Il n’y avait pas assez de personnel à la réception (2 pour 5 caisses), on nous a fait payer le prix plein pour le premier petit déjeuner car nous n’avions pas réservé celui-ci à l’avance et pourtant on a pris les 2 jours suivant. Les thes et cafés n’étaient pas remplacés dans la chambre.

Hyvä sijainti, ratikalla pääsi suoraan hotellille. Siisti ja viihtyisä huone.

Henkilökunta ei ollut kovin ammattitaitoista. Varaus tehty täältä bookingin kautta ja ensiksi hotellivirkailija toisteli vaan, ettei nimellä löydy varausta ja antoi mielikuvan, että meillä ei olisi huonetta ollenkaan. Löytyi kuitenkin varausnumeron kautta, mutta olisi voinut tuoda sen esiin heti alussa, eikä todeta, ettei varausta ole.

The room was very clean and quite big. The beds were comfy. It was a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre.

Everything was good, can't point out anything I didn't like.
