The windows were open on one of the coldest days of the year not their faults took forever to get some heat going, but the staff were really helpful once I asked and got me an additional heater

Location is a bit remote, the price was slightly higher than places with similar facilities, but better located

The room contained a kitchenette. Great location with a direct bus every 5min to the center.

Strong weed smell. Other guests were drunk and loud.

Room was reasonably clean. Lots of parking.

Someone else in the building was arrested overnight.

Parking

The stinking old kebab left in the room. No heating

Nothing.

Everything, the room was freezing cold with a Luke warm radiator, no toilet roll in the toilet, cups, plates cutlery was dirty with old food still on the plate, floor was filthy, the shower had looked like it had just been used and the grime and grease on the shower screen was disgusting, hairs in the plug, toilet full of limescale, the cupboard under the sink the handles looked like they had been left under water is the only way I can describe it. It says sound proof but you can hear everything happening in the bnb, next door was snoring, doors banging, noisy stairs, people having conversations right outside your door etc etc, I could go on. I highly recommend you avoid this place.

Free parking which was excellent,very basic room but bed warm and comfortable, washing facilties basic but water hot, would stay again

Bathroom facilities

Basic but clean, quiet despite our room being located next to the front door, very good public transport facilities to and from Oxford.

As I said accommodation was basic but to expected for the price I paid. We only stayed there one night.
