The staff were super friendly and helpful. Having kitchen facilities and also the free laundry was definitely a bonus. I would definitely recommend staying here

The location of the hotel was within easy walk of the town centre and the room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had excellent amenities.

Excellent staff. Cleanliness and convenient location to major sites.

The staff are consistently amazing, friendly, helpful and well organised with had a genuine interest in my New Zealand travels, particularly my motorbike trip. I stayed at the hotel between various trips, the hotel stored my spare luggage and it was in my room on on my return. Rooms are clean, well equipped and the free laundry facilities are really useful. The location is good fir exploring Christchurch with the Riverside Market, Botanical Gardens and Centre within walking distance.

The breakfast isn't that brilliant tbh.

The room was extremely comfortable and the staff was accommodating. We were able to walk to several sites we wanted to see in the area. There were also several nice eating options outside of the hotel.
