Clean and the staff was very friendly

Great location, easy to travel to all areas of town. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Need to update the television size, and add more channels. Also include refrigerators and microwaves in every room.

That it was close to the convention center, which is why I rented the hotel. The bartender was very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly.

They had a lot of stains on the carpet in my room and it was kind of sticky. When I laid close to the edge of the bed, it felt like I was gonna fall off. I think that mattress needs to be changed.

We were there during the New Orleans Jazz festival so it was pretty busy. We had a room next to the elevator but the people at reception were nice enough to change us to a quieter room, which was highly appreciated. The hotel is situated in a nice location and an easy and pleasant walk to the city centre.

The walls are really thin so if you have noisy neighbours, you'll be able to hear them talk at night.

The location is walking distance to several events, restaurants, and attractions. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom was not the cleanest (i.e. the floor and sink)
