Never stay here BEWARE! It is filthy, the bed was dirty , the carpet looks like it has never been changed , the walls and baseboards filthy, I asked for manager every staff member lies for each other never producing a manager , they were going to chg bed sheets due to stains next day housekeeping just remade bed never changing sheets towels had stains I never saw a sole in the filthy restaurant which had breakfast first morning completely filthy chairs carpet etc hotel is a mess to say the least . Valet my card in front of hotel never bringing to garage had to complain to get out of street in front of hotel for my car after valet looked high was broken into and smelled like weed Please save yourself this hotel needs a total overhaul including staff

Location was great. Very close to outlet, casino, riverfront, and the French Quarter.

The only negative comment I have is regarding an odor on our floor (6th) that, at times, smelled like trash. It wasn’t noticeable inside the room, but it did linger in certain parts of the hallway and occasionally outside the hotel.

Location is great. You have the shopping mall, great bars and restaurants near the hotel, since I was going on a cruise the fact I could just cross the street and board the ship was the best.
