Titanium member and one of worst ever. No fault of staff! 14th floor and room is noisy all night from highway traffic. Room is very dark with all black walls!! On top of that lighting is minimal (like a cave). No closet or armoire, no shelves. Worst than all black walls and the noise… No water pressure! Hard to believe!

– The manager was so kind and gave us local advice on traveling to the city and the best places to eat we felt welcomed the whole time didn’t feel like just a hotel. We felt very comfortable and will always book this hotel because of him.

I come here almost every month with work and every time it s a pleasure to meet Lorenzo at breakfast, his warmth and kind attitude sets the mood for my day, I m glad that he s here all the time and that I get to chit chat with him. Thank you, Lorenzo for being such a good person!

This is my third stay here and overall everything has been great. However, every time I stay, I keep finding hair on the pillows and/or towels. This raises concerns regarding the hygiene and cleaning standards. I hope this can be improved for future stays.

I just want to give a shout out to the best of the best staff I have ever met, her name is Violet. She serves breakfast at Marriott in Schaumburg at the M Club. Violet always has a smile on her face. Very personable and very friendly. She's truly an asset here at Marriott and she has set the standards high. I will be coming back here for sure.

Breakfast was rather expensive .

Location was great, with easy access to Arlington Heights, Palatine and Downers Grove where we had family events.

The staff seemed grumpy.. Their responses to questions were very brusque. Lack of eye contact when speaking. property definitely has some miles on it. We stayed at the full service hotel instead of a Courtyard for the "better" experience. Not sure it was better. Mattress was not comfortable.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 days this past weekend (Oct 16-20). The hotel was wonderful to being with, but on Sunday my wife fell ill and we had to extend our stay by a day. The staff were fantastic and helpful in getting us the extra day. But most of all, the housekeeper who took care of our room, Marycrus, was so wonderful. She took great care of things for us, including Sunday when we left the room in a terrible mess while taking my wife to the ER. When we got back late that evening she had taken care of everything. We look forward to visiting the Chicago area again and will definitely be staying here when we do.
