Property is beautiful, clean and staff were great.

There’s nothing not to like

Super clean hotel and felt safe. Highly highly recommend

Convenient location (to O'Hare airport)

Door in between rooms (instead of solid wall), I could hear the whole conversation the lady next door held that night on the phone. I was not really able to sleep well and rest before my long flight.

Close to everything you need in the area, nice pool and rooms are spacious Lorenzo was our server for breakfast and was kind, quick and a nice end to our stay

Bed bugs

We didn’t have a remote control for the tv which was odd, so the tv was unusable. When I went looking for the remote, I found food remnants and trash under the bed. The walls were paper thin, so we could hear everything on both sides of us at all hours. The bed was comfy and our breakfast was good, but it wasn’t anything we couldn’t have brought from home for less money- packaged stuff that we paid extra for. Overall it was just kind of a disappointing stay for the price.

Clean room, clean bathrooms.

You don't ask for parking fee in suburbs. It is not downtown. And dont say you have electric car charger while you have nothing on property.

Morning staff was worst

Cute, clean, safe, nice. My only complaint, If you opt for the FREE WiFi then change your mind and want to do the PAID WiFi, they make it sooooo hard! The free WiFi was TRASH. It took 30-60 seconds for each page to load. I had to call some customer service number and it took 30 minutes on the phone with them to upgrade. I’m not sure why it isn’t just an easy option to upgrade, or why the hotel themselves can’t do it. It was a waste of my time. So just upgrade your wifi from the JUMP if you even THINK you might want faster speeds lol.
