"Peace, quiet & comfort"

Enjoyed the peace and quiet most of all. But also the room was very clean and spacious. Loved the shower! Will return for sure!

The room was very clean and comfortable - it was hot out, but the room was already nice and cool

I arrived late - the front desk person was friendly enough to- but not very helpful when I asked if there was a late night menu available through room service. I was told I had “just missed the kitchen closing a few minutes earlier - at 10:25 pm. I was then directed to the hotel “store” that basically had a few snacks). The next morning - I was leaving at 10:30am, and asked if there was coffee anywhere - I was told that I “missed breakfast,” and once again - no solution offered. Over the last twenty years I have stayed at this hotel numerous times, paying more because there was a restaurant on the property, and because the staff has always been exceptional - even when I had special requests. Those days seem to be gone…..

"Exceptional"

We stay here often when we fly in/out of GSO. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean new. Restaurant is very good too! It is also very close to the airport terminal, you could even walk! Will definitely stay here again!

The room is overly perfumed. The hotel is depressing. The room is depressing. The decor is substandard . I don’t know how business people can stand staying at a depressing hotel and at these prices. Will never stay at a Marriott again .

Close to airport. Free shuttle. My room had a malfunctioning mini fridge that I had to remove due to noise, but other than that, bed was comfortable abd bathroom clean and comfortable. Could use better quality coffee station in room if I am being constructive
