The place was clean and very basic for the small amount charged…A simple stay in a very busy location right across the street from Doctor’s Cave The staff are awesome people and all Jamaican natives… The Female staff all speak clear English. The Male staff was welcoming and protective over all of the guests and the building… There are some real Men protecting the hotel and guests 24/7…

The outside traffic is very loud most days but more on weekends… This area has many attractions and tourist gift shops…

Staff was really nice and knowledgeable

The hotel is centrally located near to everything

The hotel is on the main street abd extremely noisy . It was very difficult to have a good night's rest.

There was no light in the bedroom. We had to use flashlights after dark to see in our room. The plug sockets in our room were loose and we could not charge our phones, etc. The A/C barely worked. We had it as low as it would go and it barely cooled off the bedroom. There was no fan to help either. There was no bath mat which was dangerous as the floor was slippery. There was no toilet paper holder. No exhaust or AC in the bathroom. The surrounding area was safe and we walked to breakfast and dinner but was harassed every time we walked out of our room. The hotel barely resembles the photos as it is very rundown.

It was great staying at the Caribic House hotel. It was close to the beach, restaurants, and downtown. The staff was very helpful.
