Easy to find, not far from station. Clean and cozy. Had the best sleep I’ve had in Japan in here.

トイレ、お風呂、こたつ、シンク、湯沸かしポット、食器、冷蔵庫など生活に必要なものが全部揃っていました。 価格もお手頃なので、長期滞在も出来る環境です。 また、0歳(11ヶ月)の子供と泊まりましたが、部屋は綺麗でコード類や倒れやすいものなどもほとんどないため、かなり自由にさせることができました。

시내와 무척 가깝고 주차장이 바로 건물 옆에 있어 이동이 아주 쉬웠습니다. 방은 안락하고 시설들이 잘 갖추어져 있어 머무는 동안 불편함이 없었습니다. 너무나 잘 쉬었습니다. 제가 타고 온 차량에 문제가 있어 패닉상태였는데 숙소의 오너께서 적극적으로 도움을 주시고 해결하여 주셨어요. 잊지못할 감동적인 순간이었습니다. 다시한번 이 공간을 빌어 깊은 감사의 마음을 전합니다. 오너와 스탭 모두 말할 수 없이 친절하시고 협조적이십니다. 다시 교토에 온다면 반드시 또 예약할 것입니다. 정말 감사합니다.

EVERYTHING! The apartment was very clean, had comfortable tatami and thick futon, enough dishes, extra tea and coffee, toiletries, and the owner went over and above what he needed to during our stay. He assisted moving our luggage up the stairs, and arranged for the luggage transfer to Hakata at no extra charge, even holding our luggage until pick up. In a great neighbourhood of Kyoto, easy and safe to walk. Highly recommended.

The owner was amazing and hospitable, and let us drop off our bags early. Beds are comfy, shower was great. And no doubt the place is very affordable.

The room is clearly not designed for 5 people, but 4. We had to squeeze the 5th person halfway out the door from the bedroom to the living area. Also, the AC is very dusty. When turning the heater on, we all got dry throats, sore throats, cough, etc. All went away when the windows were open or when we were outside the house, so a bit of a cleanliness problem there. As we went in the winter, it was a major problem for us, and made our stay quite uncomfortable. I would recommend the place with 4 or less people and possibly in a more temperate season where AC is not needed. The room was small, but I guess for the price, reasonable. Although, I don't think they should accept 5 person bookings for the size. Maybe if they removed the wardrobe a 5th person could be fit in. We couldn't use the wardrobe anyway as it was blocked by all of the bedding.

Located central to downtown Kyoto.

Accommodation was small in nature, but suitable for an overnight stay.
