My family and I stayed here in October 2025. When we checked in our room, I noticed the security latch on the door was missing, which was a concern because I have a 4 year old with Austim who likes to elope. With that said, I called the hotel regarding the problem and explained my situation and they promised to send someone up immediately to repair, needless to say this didn’t happen and I called back and the promised someone would come to repair soon again this didn’t happen. Unfortunately I didn’t have the ability to go down and personally tell someone my concern because it was extremely busy due to local events, so I took my own actions to protect my son. Regardless of how busy it’s was the hotel let my family down and put my son’s safety at risk. You need to do better Marriott especially with life time members and people protecting kids with disabilities.

Great views, great location. Close to everything downtown. The staff is exceptional.

Rooms are dated. Power outlets at desk non existent without unplugging stuff. No coffee in room.

Location

Marriott website reflected $30 per hour for parking, yet no over night rates. I called (twice, and waited both times) as parking in city hotels is often challenging and expensive. Front desk advised it was $25. I called on way to hotel (after 8-9 hr drive as there are multiple garages and Marriotts). The info I was given was WRONG again re BOTH hotel parking garage address and the rate, again!!! And this was from the front desk! All Marriott needs to do is include CORRECT parking rate and garage address on their website. not rocket science, yet they failed multiple times and made for a very, very frustrating set of experiences. Dad, that Marriott can’t get basics right and they don’t care.
