I was searching for a pet friendly hotel/motel in the area and their facility popped up so I booked it but once we arrived there we caught by surprise that they are not a pet friendly hotel. My money was gone through the toilet since we had to leave and book somewhere else immediately. The booking was nonrefundable. It was such a complete waste of money time and effort. I hope they update their posting online so no more people will be tricked.

"Absolutely terrible experience"

1.0

Nothing

Absolutely terrible experience. We checked into the hotel around 8 PM after a long day, hoping to finally get some rest. By 10 PM, there was already a group of people standing right outside our room yelling, talking loudly, and making noise in the hallway. My husband tried to be patient until 11:30 PM before finally going outside to politely ask them to leave. We got about 10 minutes of quiet ,and then the room next door started throwing a party. We were kept awake until 1:30 AM because of the nonstop noise, shouting, and complete lack of consideration. My husband went next door and asked them to please keep it down. Their response was: “Why?” Honestly, I would like to ask the same question: Why are people screaming and partying in a hotel in the middle of the night when others are trying to sleep? What made this even worse was that the hotel management did absolutely nothing to control the situation. No enforcement of quiet hours, no intervention, no concern for guests who actually paid to rest. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. If you value sleep, peace, or basic respect, stay somewhere else.
