Easy in East out, nice staff

No Wi-Fi accessable in the rooms far away from office

How i was rushed out of the room checking out time..I was coming no need for the threat of calling the police cuz of 5 little minutes.

Infested with roaches, outlets and bedside lights didn’t work, refrigerator was rusted. Lock didn’t work on the door, there was a gap in the doorframe allowing flies and a huge draft.

Staff

It was close to the highway, food places and our relatives. Staff was friendly.

The room was supposed to be “non-smoking”, yet it smelled like cigarette smoke as well as having cigarette burns in the bed linens. Also, there were someone’s underwear hanging in the bathroom when we checked into the second room as the first room’s door wouldn’t open.

Located close to downtown/Courthouse

Everything. Toilet and bathroom was messed up, said non-smoking but yet there were cigarette burns, no smoke detectors and it reeked of cigarette smoke due to the OBVIOUS PRESENCE OF SMOKE Inside the NON-SMOKING room I SPECIFICALLY RESERVED due to me having my 2y.o w/me this travel (2y.o is ALLERGIC to smoke AND has had a an ear tubligation! I literally had to request a different room 3x!!! (With Each room beig increasingly worse than the room before it!) TO TOP IT ALL OFF! THIS HOTEL REQUIRES "PREPAYMENT/PAY UPON RESERVE", AS WELL AS "NO FREE CANCELATIONS"!!... I wasn't too bothered by either 1 AT FIRST! BECAUSE...During your initial search, the opinion that's formed is based SOLELY from the way they've CHOSEN to BLATANTLY FALSELY ADVERTISE THE HOTEL! Intentionally misleading people into believing they've received a "great deal" etc, next they slide in REQUIRES "PREPAYMENT/PAY UPON RESERVE", AS WELL AS "NO FREE CANCELATIONS", while ppl are still under the impression of this "wonderful deal"! JUST FOR A PERSON, GROUP, FAMILY, ETC. To end up arriving at an ALREADY PAID FOR hotel that is the complete OPPOSITE of advertised and thought 2 be paying for, run down, Uncomfortable, and UNSANITARY, at which point hotel staff informs you that "there's 1 more room you can go check out if you're wanting to switch rooms, but that's it. If you don't like that 1 either you can go back 2 original room or leave and go 2 another hotel... Which I wouldn't recommend doing because you've already prepaid and you wouldn't be receiving any types of refund or monies back" 0 of 10 NEVER AGAIN!

The tub was full ofhair, the bathroom has a hole in the wall, the walls are dirty

Door didn’t close properly. Roaches. Rude staff. When told there were roaches they said you get what you pay for! Pet fee on Expedia says $10 per night but they charged $25. DO NOT STAY THERE!

Nothing.

My no smoking room smelled like it was a smoke break area. No hot water, was told there was a bad valve somewhere, and they had already changed it several times. Sorry. Toilet had to be flushed several times per use. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain properly.
