Alit Bungalow Ubud

Hôtel très bien situé et au calme malgré tout. Piscine que nous n'avons malheureusement pas utilisé en raison de la pluie. Petit complexe (6 bungalows) au milieu d'un très beau jardin. Chaque bungalow a sa petite terrasse.

Humidité dans les chambres (grosses traces sur les murs) et dans la salle de bain. Une seule personne pour s'occuper des petits déjeuners et des chambres. Où est passé le boss ? Petit-déjeuner très moyen et il ne faut pas être pressé car personnel très lent. Abords du complexe non nettoyés. Dommage car ce complexe se dégrade....

Les chambres sont grandes, les lits confortables, gros point positif est la localisation, à proximité du centre et des marchés.

Petit déjeuner catastrophique sans goût, omelette sans goût, café inbuvable. Personne à l'acceuil, c'était le serveur du pub à cote qui nous a accueilli. Il y a un pub à côté avec liveband, la musique est top mais ça s'arrête à 22h donc si vous souhaitez dormir tôt vaut mieux éviter, sinon c'est un bel endroit

L'emplacement était top, 4 belles chambres semblent actuellement disponibles dans une maison. Kadek est l'homme à tout faire et on peut le dire, il le fait bien! La piscine, pas très grande, mais super sympa après une journée de vadrouille. Le rapport qualité prix était top pour de la pleine saison.

Pas grand chose, peut être le côté spartiate de la salle de bain, et des équipements qui commencent à s'abîmer.

this property does not have a front desk, and once the staff are off duty, there is no one available to assist with any issues. One evening, there was no hot water for showering, we contact property manager , but no anyone came to resolve the issue.until next day .Additionally, there was no hairdryer available, and I couldn’t find anyone to ask for one. Overall, this caused quite a bit of inconvenience during my stay.

We loved the place, very silent, very close to the center of ubud. The room is very big and the bathroom too. And the staff is really kind but maybe he would need a little help because he do everything by himself.

Just some thing to know: The wifi doesn’t really work, and the water from the shower is really hot, and difficult to regulate. A little bit of humidity in the room

The location is great: in the heart of Ubud but tucked away in a tiny quiet ally. The room is simple but big and clean and has PLUGS on each side of the bed (so practical for charging and easy access). The breakfast is also simple but good. The bed was comfortable and it’s so quiet it’s amazing!

We came on time for check in but waited one hour for the room to be ready. The wifi was not really good.

The AC stopped working on day 2. When the staff came to check it later, their response was that it was working and that I was pressing the wrong button. I am sorry but I know what an “on/off” button looks like and even the guy from the restaurant who was supposed to help me couldn’t figure it out, so NO, the two of us were NOT pressing the wrong button. Breakfast was okay, but having it earlier than the official start time (which is 8am) was like asking for the moon. 8 am is super late if you want to go on an early hike or leave early for a day trip! I had to beg for early breakfast every single day. Eventually the staff at the adjacent restaurant prepared it for me the evening before. The reviews said this was a quiet place. Yes and no. It is really peaceful at night so you get a good night’s sleep… but! this is considering you don’t want to go to bed early (before 10pm or so) - which I did as I was getting up at 5am to go hiking or go visit places before the crowds get in. There is an adjacent restaurant to the bungalows with live music until around 10pm(?) so no silence before then. It would have been nice to have a water refilling station. The 2 tiny bottles a day are a joke. I originally booked a room for 5days, but decided to leave 2 days earlier because of the aforementioned struggles. I was simply not happy there. It would have been nice to get a small refund but again, the staff has simply no consideration of things like this.

Great stay :). Clean and spacious room and balcony and tucked away from the main street but close to everything. The staff were super helpful. They helped with tours and onward travel. Recommended.
