Sehr sauber und super nettes Personal

Die Liebe zum Detail hat gefehlt, z.b Schuhlöffel, Wasser plus Glas und einen Flaschenöffner umsonst gesucht obwohl eine leere Minibar vorrätig war.

Personal nach Kritik sofort reagiert. Gute Zimmergrösse

Sauberkeit im Eingangsbereich Aufbettung in gebuchter Suite sehr weiches Zusatzbett Für 3 Personem gebucht aber nur 2 Gläser und 2 Kaffeetassen im Zimmer. Frühstückbufett könnte reichhaltiger sein, hatten wir schon reichhaltiger, selbst bei mittelmässigeren Hotels

Der Eingangsbereich aussen war sehr schmutzig.. Gläser im Blumentopf, Zigaretten massenweise trotz Aschenbecher auf dem Boden... , keine einheitliche Dienstkleidung ( man erkannte den unterschied zwischen Hotelangestellte und Gast leider nicht )
