Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara

Great place to stay. However, the bed were mediocre, not the highest quality for such a expensive hotel.

This hotel was amazingly beautiful! The terrace is a beautiful place for breakfast or dinner to watch the sunset with an amazing Pacific Ocean view. Friendly, efficient staff. There is also a walking/biking trail right out front that you can take all the way in to Santa Barbara! The train tracks run close to the property, but we kind of liked hearing the rumble and whistle and it was never too early or too late. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I even accidentally left a pair of diamond earrings that they located and sent to me! Would definitely recommend!

Great hotel experience all the way around! Great location, exceptional gardens, pleasant staff, amazing rooms, beautiful architecture too.

We were treated like royalty

We drove from northern California and stayed one night...amazing hotel, the coral bar is one of a kind and the hotel premesis is like no other!! Made us feel we were vacationing in another country

We even forgot things in the room, like a laptop. That were immediately returned to us... best massage in a long time. Kind friendly staff all around.

I have stayed here 3 times over the past 25 years. The property continues to be outstanding. Had some service challenges however. Room and breakfast dishes were not cleaned until my second request at 4 pm. Not what I would expect at this price or traditionally from the Four Seasons. Room was not ready until after 4 pm on check-in. I worry that the Four Seasons is very focused on revenue while skimping on staff. That is not how the brand was built. This was the 2nd Four Seasons property we stayed at on this trip.

Excellent hotel. Restored my faith in American hospitality.
