The electricity was out and we couldn’t get into our room until after midnight. The manager said she would refund the first night but then when booking.com called her she wouldn’t take the call or send an email to confirm my refund. It is very disappointing. I sent a tip to maintenance department as they were helpful. But I wouldn’t stay there. Then they said it’s a no refund hotel for any reason. The thing is I made sure with property manager and she assured me I would be credited.

The night auditor thought it was more important to be talking to his friend on the phone instead of his clients and hush me and told me I was going to have to wait because it was important and had me stand there for over 20 minutes while he spoke to his father about getting him to check on his house. It was ridiculous.

Clean, convenient, decent breakfast, great value. Stayed twice, once at each end of a week+ journey that took us East and back to Iowa.

Strong cooking odors from one of the other rooms.
