This is a beautiful upscale hotel in downtown Atlanta. They are doing some renovations. There are wonderful amenities-restaurants and swimming pool.

Sadly there were roaches in my room. I was shocked. I called downstairs and they offered to switch my room. No apologies. Just handed me keys. I was disheartened. I fell trying to get to my bed and not have the roaches crawl on me. I can’t believe this happened. Sad that the customer service was so poor.

"I didn't like the stay at all!!! Won't be coming back!"

The property was nice.

It was hard getting in and out the gate, every time!! The staff never spoke or even looked up at us when coming and going which made the atmosphere bad. Having to pay to park and pay for breakfast was way too expensive after the price for the hotel stay. Also the rate for breakfast was different/higher from the booking rate!!
