Marriott Chicago O’Hare

We were dining at Brickton for breakfasts at Marriott Chicago O’Hare. Christina was so helpful, such a kind person.

The best part of the stay was when we dined at the Brickton because of our server, Cristina; she was kind, attentive, and she made suggestions that would make our departure less stressful. Thank you Cristina!

I had a great experience at the Marriott on Sat June 6, 2026. My check in was easy and the staff member Madison was friendly, helpful, and professional. The atmosphere was welcoming, calm and open. My family enjoyed the pool, gym, and snack shop. The room was inviting and clean. Staff member Elaina was working our room 1016. And her smile is kind and bright. The value for our room was well worth it. The amenities provided were available and great quality. My family experienced restful sleep throughout the night. As the beds are quite cozy. No noise issues. The location is great near the airport and Chicago staple food restaurants. We will definitely return. Thank you -Mrs. Kesse

Prices are what you expect for hotel restaurant .The atmosphere was very relaxing .Weekdays is menu food , weekends is buffet style . Christina was an awesome restaurant staff that was professional and attentive . Thank you Christina ! Hotel was great , the building looks aged but inside is kept very pristine . Very art deco style Bring your own snacks as the pantry snacks are super expensive $8 for a small hersheys chocolate bar. The male staff member that greeted me was super nice and knowledgeable. Thank you again O’Hare Chicago Marriot!

A special thank you to Madison, who helped me a lot throughout my stay. She was professional, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Her excellent customer service truly made a difference and made my visit even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others!

Stayed because Airlines Maintenance problems caused me to miss my connecting flight. I chose this hotel because I'm a Marrott Platinum member and appreciate Marriott quality and service. A plus was that the Hotel Shuttle left early enough for my morning flight. The room was comfortable for the short stay. Unfortunately, the morning Marriott Airport Shuttle Van's engine died and was smoking and vibrating as we were approaching Entrance 5, causing me (and other riders) to find my own way to Entrance 3 terminal, and unable to locate my requested disability wheelchair. It would be appreciated if the hotel/management reached out to recognize and offer points for the inconvenience.

A really nice hotel. It is comfortable and quiet. I wish that internet was included. The staff is absolutely lovely, very warm and accommodating. The bathroom in our room was good. The water pressure was nice in the shower (turn the handle to the right for warm water). We were running late to breakfast and they asked the kitchen staff to hold off when switching to lunch. Our server Cristina was wonderful and kept my coffee cup full. A free shuttle is also included to and from the airport.
