Marriott Chicago O’Hare

Flight attendant… have been staying at this hotel for a long time . Great hospitality and Fernando the driver is very kind and friendly.

I had a great experience dining at the restaurant inside the Chicago Marriott O'Hare. The restaurant was very clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The food was excellent,fresh, flavorful, and very tasty. Every dish was well prepared and exceeded expectations. A special thank you to Viktoriia for her outstanding service. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Her professionalism and warm attitude made the experience even better. Excellent service, delicious food, and a pleasant atmosphere—I would definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to coming back!

Bed was VERY uncomfortable, super small. Was not a queen bed. No complimentary breakfast, or even coffee in lobby. Cheap.

Rooms very nice.Rey at front desk helped with my request prior to stay and was also very kind to upgrade me to a beautiful suite Hotel employees very friendly and helpful Grocery store a five minute walk which is a plus

Hotel very old and not very clean. My room has not been cleaned despite my request to the maid. Reception personnel rather careless. Restaurant personnel, very polite, especially Miss Danjela, but food not a very good quality. General impression of a decadent hotel

We just had an outstanding stay at the Chicago Marriott O’Hare and I have to highlight the incredible service from the front desk team—Lovely, Jared, and Josh. From the moment we checked in, they made us feel genuinely welcome, greeting us warmly and treating us as if we were regulars coming home rather than guests passing through. They were professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out was the personal touch: they left a handwritten note in our room along with a thoughtful gift bag of snacks. That small gesture, and the sincerity behind it, made us feel truly appreciated and at home. Because of Lovely, Jared, and Josh, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for warm, attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Everything was exactly as it should be, and I had zero complaints. Honestly, my entire day turned around the moment I checked in, and that started with Rey. He’s a true asset to this hotel, and I hope his kindness and professionalism are recognized. Highly recommend — a five-star experience all around.
