"Me gustó la ciudad de Santiago y el buen humor de la familia riéndose de las cosas que no funcionaba"

La Ubicación es muy cómoda.

No andaba inodoro, No Había Papel Higiénico. Los equipos de Aire no daban calor. Mandé Mensaje y nunca tuve respuesta.

Buena ubicación, comodidad, bien equipado

Que todas las veces que reserve anteriormente habian personas para asear el departamenro,las habitaciones, baño etc. Ahora no fué asi y si cambiaron las condiciones nadie me lo dijo, lo otro wifi y television por cable mala conectividad

"Nos alquilaron un departamento que no existia."

La ubicacion

Que nos hayan alquilado un departamento de 3 habitaciones y que el mismo dia que tenia que ingresar me dicen que por error de booking, ese departamento no existia en sus alquileres. Tengo que aclarar que hable con el alojamiento en varias oportunidades en forma previa. Lo solucionaron con dos departamentos no muy lindos de 1 habitacion y al dia siguiente nos dieron uno de dos habitaciones y nos dejaron el de 1 habitacion. En sintesis estuvimos divididos en dos departamentos. Nada serio. Por favor que no vendan lo que no tienen. Mal por booking.com tambien.

La ubicación

Las llaves que nos entregaron, no correspondían al dpto informado. El aseo del dpto era deficiente, en general el dpto requiere mantenimiento. Respecto a la seguridad, el dormitorio que usaron mis hijos la ventana no tiene cerrojo..
