It was clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. There was lots of food and drink options available as well.

The pool was not heated as it was stated nor was there no sauna/hot tub as advertised.

It's clean and close to everything!

None of the pillows were good! They were super lumpy and fat. Also, it was noisy. Loud people in the halls were common and the street noise. I used my phone to play white noise, which helped.

Our room was renovated and the view was excellent. Also loved the fridge but wish it had a freezer shelf for my ice packs. Loved the choice of TV stations. Although I did not participate, I loved the bloody mary bar and beignets. Hotel location is great. Also liked the towels.

My room was not ready upon a 4:00 pm arrival. Pillows too big and thick. No mirror over the desk. My friend's room was not renovated and smelled of mold. Parking is so expensive.

Clean hotel good breakfast centrally located, glad that they started updating some of the rooms.

Overall experience was good but a few of the staff seemed bothered when you asked a question of them
