"Very poorly trained staff, charge for parking and charge for coffee."

Room was fairly good.

Didn't buy breakfast but simply getting a cup of coffee was horrible. First, most hotels at this price offer a complimentary breakfast. I had to pay for a single cup of coffee and it took me 5 minutes to finally get the coffee and then another 5 minutes to get milk. Staff at this hotel is apparently not trained at all. Advertised robe and slippers but none in room. Had to go to desk to finally get what was supposed to be there. Again, poorly trained staff.

"Must have a better emergency preparation strategy in place"

Great location, easy access to an event that I was supposed to attend

This property had an emergency situation that happened during my stay. Staff was unequipped to deal with the situation at the end of day we had to be relocated to another property. which cause a big inconvenience for myself and made me miss an event that I was supposed to attend that Saturday evening, but because of the confusion was unable to attend.

Cobro de parqueadero y wi fi, es INFAME. 20 dolares por dejarel cqrro en un lugar abierto y 15 por wi fi?, ABSURDO. Pensar que en hoteles de costo mucho menor como Ramada, Wyndham o Days Inn lo anterior es gratis. La verdad este tema no refleja lo que uno conoce de Marriott, tacaños
