There was no mention of a $20 daily parking fee after renovation. Also, when checking out 2 of 3 rooms, all rooms were checked out and keys deactivated. Sink water flow was very low

Nothing around, if you don’t have a car. Breakfast was a 2 out of 5, you have to pay extra for an omelette. The rooms were fair, the vending machines were not working. There was a mix up with the final cost of the room it was fixed just a little frustrating that it happened.

We check-in night at 11:30 pm and room allocated for us pretty old and bathroom commode was not clean, we requested before we arrive to hotel through phone to provide us good room. We end up requesting another room, atlast after multiple times room change we got some decent looking room.

The customer service was great, the room was very nice and cozy, the hotel it self was very clean.

Don’t expect your Marriott loyalty to mean much at Marriott Saddle Brook. I’ve stayed here several times, and not once have I been welcomed back or recognized as an Ambassador Elite. Suite upgrades are supposed to be based on availability. After being told by multiple staff members that one was available and I would receive it, I packed up my things. As I walked to the front desk to collect the keys, the assistant manager who was there now, suddenly reversed course and told me I wouldn’t be upgraded because my overall stay was “too long” and that she couldn’t trust I’d vacate the room after a few days. She brought up all of these stories of a previous guest that they had issues with and started wild accusations that I may cause similar problems. I have never in my life been treated so badly by a Marriott hotel. I'm in shock with how she spoke to me. I will never stay at this property again.
