Lovely owners, breakfast was great and good location opposite the beach!

The hosts were lovely,rooms were nice and very clean.breakfast was exceptional.made very welcome.

Parking outside was very handy and free between 5pm until 10am .we were greeted at the door very pleasantly. owners were very accommodating. Free fresh milk and water were available in the ground floor which was a nice touch. Breakfast is good which included, full English, cereals,toast, tea and coffee and a few other choices. Would I stay here again ? Yes I would, but in a better sized room if available and definitely not the top floor. For an elderly person I would suggest when booking a room here speak to the owner, don't book on line, and ask for a room on lower levels.

We were on the top floor with many stairs to climb, with a heavy suitcase is no easy task, as the staircase is fairly narrow. The room was quite small, we had 2 single beds which were very comfortable but no chairs to relax on, so you had to sit on a bed to watch TV and have a drink. The bathroom was tiny but adequate.

Great location and co gained everything we needed for a short trip to Weymouth. Ian and Julia provided a lot of information about places to visit. Breakfast was really good!

Was great place to explore from, hosts were loverly people. As my wife is profoundly deaf they didn't just ignore her they face her and talk so she could lip read clearly. Can't fault anything about this place was clean with loverly sea view comfy bed and an electric shower that was always hot. Breakfast was good, cooked really quickly. Thank you for a lovely stay ❤

Very friendly couple

Unfortunately there was only one room left when we booked and it was right at the top of B&B but we went ahead with it. But it got very tiring but the view was fantastic and very clean .

Stones throw away from the beach, staff friendly and breakfast fantastic

Very narrow hallways and entrances to rooms meaning if others leave early or get in late it’s easily heard

The owners Ian and Julie were lovely and friendly. Location was superb and breakfast was very good.

Parking can be a little awkward but it's to be expected on the sea front.
