DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh-Green Tree

The staff was friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated the on-site Starbucks and the noon checkout, which was a nice convenience.

The room itself was disappointing. The bathroom was small and not as clean as it should have been. There was also no mini fridge or microwave available. Considering the cost of the room, we expected better cleanliness and more amenities.

The options of restaurant inside the hotel. Bigger lobby area.

Not being able to utilize a room for studying purposes ( was told has to pay 400 to rent a room.

Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly

The hot tub was not hot which was something I was looking forward to, also the elevator was broken off and on

The room was very nice and clean. The food in the bar and restaurant was very good. I love the cookie at check in

The hot tub was not hot and there were kids in the hot tub with water wings and no adult supervision at 10 pm. That is the only negative.

I liked the staff and accommodations, had to change rooms which was a pain, but they made it easy.

No hot water in my room in tower 3, for a double tree, I expect far more and better. The pool was a mad house. Don’t go there if you are trying to relax. Kids flooding the hottub, grown adults acting up. Just a complete and udder mess. Which is sad, because it’s such a beautiful pool!
