Friendly and helpful staff members, delicious restaurant, convenient stores in the hotel, pool was refreshing and the Jacuzzi was comfortable and relaxing, everything was so clean and my room was very welcoming, cozy and sparkly clean.

The fact that I have already rated this once and now I feel like I'm being harassed by booking.com, I loved my stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton but these emails that continue to beg me to rate my stay when it's already been completed once is getting absolutely ridiculous.... I am not rating this again! This is becoming a harassment charge very quickly....

La ubicación

Tuve un problema con una plaga de hormigas se lo notifiqué a la recepcionista el día en que llegué, mientras se lo decía por medio de el traductor… ella se lo comentó a un señor que supongo es de mantenimiento y él fue indiferente y grosero ante el problema… ella solo me dijo lo siento no podemos ponerte en otra habitación el hotel está totalmente ocupado… al día siguiente una señorita de limpieza me ayudó a limpiar la habitación… pero esto no fue suficiente…. Sinceramente nunca me había pasado esto en ningún hotel. Así que me eh ido muy triste.
