The Sebel Quay West Auckland

Great location in Auckland CBD. Close to transport hubs for trains, buses and ferries. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

Decor a bit dated for our room but comfortable. Renovations going on with outside of the building so we had scaffolding outside of our balcony which was covered in dust as well as balcony furniture. Only one guest elevator out of three was working so wait time for elevator was often slow. Service elevator was available for a while until even that one was also out of service.

It was under construction. Only one lift operating and immediately after check in my husband and I were accosted getting into the lift by some rude guy who said he worked there, accusing my husband of being drunk and demanding to know which room we were in. My husband was not intoxicated in the slightest and your staff member was out of line. Ruined our stay. Won’t be back ever

Great location close to shops transport and harbour. Indoor heated spa and Uno care were good.

Needs a renovation. Rooms very tired and worn. Only 1 lift was working.

Size and location of apartment

The shower actual had green mould around all the wee white caps inside shower. The bed is far to small for a couple

Das Apartment-Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Hafenanlage mit Restaurants, Skytower, Shoppingstreets, alles in der Nähe und fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und hatte über die gesamte Breite einen Balkon mit Blick zum Hafen. Wir hatten direkte Sicht zu den Kreuzfahrtschiffen. Die hauseigene Garage war direkt mit dem Fahrstuhl zu erreichen. Wer sein Frühstückstück nicht selbst zubereitwen wollte, konnte diese auch im kleinen Cafe in der ersten Etage zu sich nehmen.
