"Old and tired hotel"

Old and tired hotel. Conveniently located. Room design, materials and conditions are dating back to the 90s. Cleanliness is limited to what is achievable on such a tired place. The hotel is attached to a parking garage but charges 26usd/night for self parking which in Houston seems out of place.

"Dreadful, was really happy to leave."

Very little to be honest, really disappointing stay

I arrived at roughly 4:15pm and my first meeting was at 5pm. What hotel does not have a room ready for a guest checking in at 4:15pm? The room absolutely stank of damp. Generally old (okay) and unclean but the damp smell was dreadful. I also paid for wifi in the Hotel.....wtf? In a £300+ hotel.

Had a room reserved and when we got there we was told that none of those rooms were available so they stuck us in a lil room with a pipe coming out the bathroom ceiling. For the price we paid compared to the room we got it was not worth it we could have stayed at a motel with better rooms.

"In town for business"

Everyone was very friendly, helpful & professional. The hotel is a bit dated however they are working on renovations. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

I was pretty happy with everything. Bathroom is a bit small but I managed.
