Really nice with a beachy vibe. Super nice staff

Food was decent. Only one bar tender made getting drinks impossible. Waterpark was a fail. No tubes available for indoor water park. However, staff at waterpark was very friendly.

Thank you to the staff and General Manager Mr.Michael Cost for helping plan , organize, our week trip here at your resort . You guys were amazing over the holiday weekend. The rooms and facility was truly amazing . We will be bsck soon . We highly recommend this resort for family’s and couples travelling together.

I liked the layout of the property and loved staying in a cottage so close to the pool

Only negative was the person at desk at check in. He was abrupt and not helpful at all. He seemed to be annoyed that we had booked through booking.com because he mentioned that specifically. Shortly afterward as we stood in the lobby trying to figure things out, we were greeted by a manager. He introduced us to an older gentleman at a desk which seemed like a concierge to the left of the front doors. He was extremely helpful and gave us excellent advice. Everyone we dealt with after the initial check in was so courteous and helpful but definitely don’t think that man should be at the front desk!

The staff was amazing. I was there for a convention and was struggling at bringing things from my car alone. A staff member jumped in and started to help me.

Only one elevator was working. But it was doable

Staff were very pleasant

The air conditioner kept going off. TV kept losing signal. The bathroom had mold. Disappointing chose this due to being "Margaritaville". Not worth the cost.
