Margaritaville Lake Resort Lake of the Ozarks

Arrived a few hours early and thought we'd take advantage of the pool while we waited for our room, but they allowed us an early check in. Called maintenance to help with ac and he was great. Pool are great. Room nice, clean and roomy.

The remote didn't work, the sliding door was half broken, I asked for just a shower not a bathtub shower. There were hairs on the towels

Never had to leave everything right there!! Our bartender Shawn was absolutely amazing and made the best drinks!!

The view was amazing of the lake. The activities they had for the kids over Labor Day weekend was super awesome. The only thing that I was not pleased with with the hotel, although they did make it right is that they only had one roll of toilet paper in the room and only Four large towels, which is not enough for a four day stay . I know a lot of hotels do the whole every three days they clean the room kind of thing, but I think a lot of hotels need to reevaluate that because the garbage garbage is were overflowing and ran out of space very quickly within two days. There was also not a microwave which I had to walk to the main area to microwave popcorn during select hours that it was open, which was kind of a disappointment. Customer service is very good. The food is very good. The ease of check in and out is easy all the free activities for the kids was amazing. it was nice to have full shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturizer, and lotion in the bathroom.
