"Boa hotel em uma ótima localização"

O hotel tem excelente localização, ao lado do Chicago 360 e Mag Mile. É possível alcançar os principais pontos turísticos (riverwalk, millenium Park, Chicago 360, etc) a pé. Pelo entorno do hotel também passam muitas linhas de ônibus, que complementam os demais destinos turísticos da cidade. O quarto tem um bom tamanho e a cama é confortável. Os funcionários sao bastante simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar. É possível conseguir garrafas de agua na recepção do hotel sem custo. A area do café da manhã tem um bom espaço e o café da manhã é no padrão americano, com pães, ovos mexidos, waffles, linguiça, suco e café. Talvez o melhor custo x benefício da região

O hotel é um pouco antigo. Tivemos um problema com o banheiro, mas que foi prontamente resolvido pelo hotel com uma alteração do quarto.
