San Antonio Marriott Riverwalk

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The young lady at the front desk upgraded our room when we told her that we were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary. We didn't ask for the upgrade. That was impressive!

I clebrated my wife's Birthday this weekend at the Marriott Downtown Riverwalk in San Antoinio. The staff was excellent in Customer Service. They assisted me in giving my wife a weekend she will always remember. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We had a wonderful stay and Genesis was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. My family and I had a great trip and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable.

Genesis was absolutely the best. She was very helpful and very friendly! She made our experience fantastic and we will definitely be coming back because of her!

Hugo was great! Very kind, considerate, and thoughtful. I definitely feel safe having Hugo watch over my car as a vallet.

This hotel is located across the street from the Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center and right on the Riverwalk, the perfect location when attending a conference at the convention center. Upon arriving with my luggage & boxes, the valet brought luggage to my room & returned the boxes that would be going to the convention center to the entrance, so I wouldn’t have to carry them back down. The front desk was welcoming and very helpful. The room was in good condition and very comfortable with several charging options. My room had great views of the Riverwalk & the city. Every time I needed my car, the valet had it ready when I arrived downstairs. The coffee shop served up Starbucks. The room service food was good & delivered quickly. They charge a nightly destination fee, but they offer $15 off/day on in-hotel charges. They also offer free movie tickets or other attraction discounts/tickets.

Terrible street noise. Cars are racing on the street. It is impossible to sleep. As I write this review, multiple loud cars have gone by. I would not recommend this location.

Overpriced for the quality of room

This was my first time staying here, and I loved it! Our room was spacious, clean, and all the staff were very nice. I really enjoyed the café inside the hotel, it was very convenient. I stayed here for San Japan, and it was an amazing experience. Thank you Marriott!

Roffe and all the excellent bartenders always made sure my drink was full and made sure everyone else was taken care of before going back to somebody and would recommend and would go to other marriots if they are the same way and honestly all of them deserve a bonus with all the extra business with sanjapan and able to keep up amazingly with almost 10k more people going to the event last year and if you have any questions or comments about what i said contact me at 9797435512 and i will confirm what i said no hesitation it made me want the choose mariots as my hotel of choice
