Very good hotel , reasonable on price and food was excellent.
Enjoyed the stay nice room .not happy receiving a telphone call to say I hadn,t paid for our meals on Saturday night .It was paid by card on Friday night and on Saturday night ,we paid at waitress station because no one checked if our meals werw ok ,which they were or came to see if we wanted dessert .we then sat in the bar
The Corbet Arms Hotel was a perfect stay. The location was easy to find and lovely grounds and plenty of parking. Checking in was simple. The room was large and very clean. The beds were comfortable and perfect for us weary travelers. Dinner and breakfaat in the hotel were hot, fresh, and plentiful. It has been a wonderful beginning for my holidays. I will definitely be back. Staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.
Flawless. From the second I walked in the doorp I felt welcomed into this clean & lovely environment. The room was spotless, spacious with a lovely view & a vast, comfortable bed. The food for both dinner & breakfast was delicious, the shower powerful, clean & relaxing. The whole atmosphere was peaceful & I was able to enjoy a much needed break. All the staff were friendly & polite & I left with a huge sense of reluctance & a longing to extend my stay. Thank you, Corbet Arms!
Always a pleasant stay here, rooms are great, staff are very pleasant and helpful, food was excellent and reasonably priced.
A lovely room over looking the river. We ate at the hotel and had a fabulous meal.
If you are older or not overly fit you may wish to note the admission that there are no lifts. We found the 3 flights of stairs and 37 steps taxing. The “queen” bed seemed much smaller than ones we had previously enjoyed and the room, with all its quaint beams and dormers, was a little difficult to manoeuvre in. The food was excellent and on site parking was free.
Room was lovely, very clean, tv that was big enough to see! Restaurant very friendly with lovely food. Would highly recommend the Corbet Arms
