The location

We have been staying at this hotel for almost 3 years. It was of a good standard but recently it looks very tired and the lack of cleanliness is very disappointing

Staff was great. Bar was nice

The rooms are clean and comfortable. I love the indoor and outdoor pools!

I had requested a handicapped accessible room since 2 out of the 4 quests have had knee replacement surgeries. I checked 2 days before check in and I was told everything was set for the accommodation. I arrived early for check in and they said they didn't have to room ready. Which was understandable since we were early. They wouldn't give us access to the pool area while we waited so we were in the lobby for over 2 hours. Still have 2 and a half hours the room was still not ready. They said the person who had it the night before still hadn't checked out and mind you it was almost 4:30 pm at that point. They weren't able to give us a handicapped room. We had to take one for the hard of hearing which gave a door bell and flashing light. There was nothing offered to us for the inconvenience of the long wait nor the room not being correct.

What’s not to like no complaints

Everything was greaf except the pool. It was murky and gross.

We didn’t have the breakfast only because our family doesn’t eat much in the morning so the breakfast buffet was too expensive for the amount of food we would have eaten. It looked amazing from far away though !

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay. The staff was rude and unprofessional. In particular, the manager—a Hispanic woman—seemed visibly upset and was overheard speaking angrily, even cursing, apparently directed at customers. It felt like she was taking out personal frustration on guests, which made the environment very uncomfortable. I don’t believe someone in that state of mind should be managing a customer-facing role. I would not recommend this hotel based on this experience.
