We have not yet arrived at the hotel but I wanted to write about the outstanding reservation assistance we received from Jennifer. We made our reservation online but, due to mobility limitations, needed to make sure to get a room with a roll-in shower. Jennifer was attentive to our issue and very promptly and kindly accommodated our needs. If this very high level of service we received from Jennifer is the standard at the hotel we are very much looking for to our stay. Thank you, Jennifer.

We loved the experience. The staff was great and very helpful including Raith Arroyo who had great suggestions about places to visit and the best way to get to them.

Poorly trained Did not provide champagne flutes for champagne

Fee for internet, “Destination Fee” of $30 Valet Fees …..oh my☹️

It was a beautiful hotel and very contemporary looking. The rooms were very clean and roomy. I liked the bathroom area as in the bathroom there was a counter and there was also an outside area with a counter and sink. If someone was showering you could still brush your teeth or do your makeup and hair. The hotel was convenient to local restaurants but parking was sparse so we chose to Uber. The hotel does charge $39 to park in their parking garage for the duration of your stay. We heard highway noise from our room so it took some time to get used to that. Hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast wss included and there was a wide range of choices.
