Great overnight stay Our room was quite and wonderful bed and great sleep Breakfast was ok but not wonderful

The hotel was very nice and clean.

I don’t realize that we’d have to uber to hotel.

The young woman (Rita) at the front desk was helpful and kind.

There was a lot of noise in the rooms in the front and back of our room 637 and security had to be called. Also all of the hidden fees that the young male placed on my card; however (Rita) was patient to explain things to my husband and I and my bill was adjusted. Please ensure that my account receives the points for our stay.

I made a reservation for my kids at Atlanta Airport Marriott, and what happened is honestly unacceptable. At around 4am, they woke up to what they said were a lot of bed bugs. They immediately went down to the front desk, and to the hotel’s credit, they were moved to another room right away. At that point, staff said they would need to confirm the next day whether it was actually bed bugs. The next day, I got a call from two managers. Rita told me their vendor was not available to inspect that day. I made it very clear that I was not letting my kids come home if there was even a chance they had bed bugs, and that I would bring in my own inspector if needed. Only then did she say she would get someone to check it. About three hours later, she called back and confirmed that it was in fact bed bugs. My kids immediately left the hotel and went somewhere else. Rita told me they would not charge for the stay and would also compensate for the cost of new clothes, since my kids had to throw everything out. Additionally, I was told that I would get compensation for the difference in price between the hotels. That never happened. Not only was I charged for the full stay, but I never received any compensation. On top of that, Rita never followed up again, and multiple calls to her have gone unanswered. Very disappointing experience. Maybe this review will finally get a response.
