Very nice stay except that when I returned on Tuesday afternoon, all 3 hotel elevators were out of service and I had to climb three flights of stairs to get to my 4th floor room. If I had been on the 17th floor it would have been worse. After I got to my room, power went out for an hour. Not what I expected for a 5-star hotel.

Stayed in room with 2 queen or full beds. There was little to no drawer space, no space to store or lay down suitcase to unpack. The “closet “ was only 3/4 length so if you had a long dress it doesn’t fit. Forget about the lighting. It is poor at best. The bathroom lighting is like a romantic restaurant. Forget about applying makeup ladies!!!

Marriott never disappoints. The check in staff (a young Dutch intern) was extremely helpful. Our room is clean and tidy. The Marriott Bonvoy lounge is great. The staffs are friendly, welcoming and efficient. I have severe food intolerances and my diet is very limited but I enjoy going to the lounge at cocktails time with my husband where he can enjoy the lovely spread. Luul, a staff at the lounge noticed that I wasn’t eating anything and asked if there’s anything she can offer. I told her there’s one thing that I always enjoy at breakfast time but not available at other times. Without any hesitation, she went in the kitchen and came back with a small bowl of such item. Of course I was so touched by her kindness but am more impressed by her quiet observation and proactive approach. She’s one of a kind!
