Restaurant was very good.

The location itself is really good. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. Plus the breakfast was really great.

The restaurant and bar was very good! The staff were outstanding. Each person we encountered was very friendly, and very helpful. The room and bed was comfortable.

The hot water took forever to come on, and the breakfast was adequate, the in room coffee was awful, and the sheets/bed had an odd smell.

Appreciated how close to the airport it is. And the shuttle was flawless- which was the only reason I stayed here. Thank you to the shuttle for being the shining light at this hotel.

The outside was trashy, literally. The hallway had random dropped towels, and the lock on my door did not work nor was there a cover on the peephole- you could see right in.

The proximity and ease of access to the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was my very first visit to New York, but it won't be my last.

I liked everything.
