The staff was friendly, the room was clean

The room was cold and didn’t really get warm enough

Convenient to my needs while in the area.

During my last two stays the air conditioning was not working.

The staff was helpful and friendly for the most part

The floor and room smelled very heavily of marijuana and was such a strong, unpleasant smell especially with a toddler. I left for a few hours and came back thinking it would subside but it was still strong. I requested a room change and the staff did accommodate relatively quick.

We traveled to New York for a family emergency. We weren’t able to find a place close to the children’s hospital so we saw this property and felt very comfortable staying here

There were no negative comments

Rooms are small, dingy and mildewy. Was also uncomfortably warm in the room and took over 3 hours for the weak ac to cook it down and this was a day which wasn’t hot outside.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The thermostats don’t work, the room is preset to what felt like 75-78 Fahrenheit and no matter what temperature you chose it stays the same.
