Tesisin konumu çok iyiydi. Şehrin önemli yerlerine 5-10 dakika içinde yürüyerek varıyorsunuz. Tesisin sahibi de çok yardımsever, güleryüzlü, kibar biri. Ayrıca ortak alanda sıcak ve soğuk su ile çay olması da çok iyiydi. Banyoda bol miktarda sıvı sabun, şampuan ve duş jeli olması da bir diğer iyi özelliğiydi.
