Huge shoutout to Matt and Jennifer, the bartenders at the Marriott Raleigh Crabtree. They handled an intense environment—two conferences worth of guests plus a two-day system outage that prevented room charges—with total professionalism and composure. They kept things moving, stayed positive, and delivered great service despite the pressure. It would’ve been easy for things to fall apart, but they truly elevated the experience. Outstanding team—thank you both!
